This electrically heated furnace is easy to install and operate. Just select your desired process temperature, which is then regulated automatically.
Maximum continous recommended operating temperature for this furnace is 2000F, and brief excursions to 2225F are possible.

Construction
The furnace is constructed of a carbon steel shell, that encloses 2-1/2 inches of brick insulation. Unlike these pictures, the door is spring counter-weighted and rises vertically keeping the hot face safely aways from the person operating this furnace.
Heating Elements
Coiled wire heating elements are mounted in the back and sidewalls of the furnace chamber, and are recessed into grooves cut into the insulating firebrick.
Controls
Temperature is controlled by an easy to operate microprocessor based single set point control withsoak timer. LED displays the actual process temperature.
All furnace controls are conveniently located in a base mounted control cabinet at a level where they are easy to view and operate.
Electrical
The furnace is supplied with an electrical cord (but without a plug) that may be wired directly to your 115 Volt, 20- Amperes reated electrical box.
